We handle the incorporation online, providing comprehensive advice, consultation, and appointment scheduling with the Chamber of Commerce. If necessary, personal assistance is also provided in Rotterdam. The establishment of limited liability companies in the Netherlands is carried out by a notary public. We discuss the necessary information and costs in detail and, if required, we also assist in liaising with the notary public.

Entrepreneurs are subject to quarterly or annual reporting obligations. Based on the documents requested, we perform the entire accounting, request any missing information if necessary, and submit the VAT return – even international (ICP) returns. We not only prepare VAT returns, but also take care of the entire accounting process.

Before applying for VAT exemption for small businesses, we discuss the entrepreneur’s situation and weigh up the pros and cons together. We also take care of the official application.

We prepare annual financial statements for sole proprietors, partnerships, and limited liability companies – this corresponds to balance sheet preparation in the Hungarian system.

We prepare tax returns for both businesses and individuals. We discuss all relevant aspects with our clients to ensure that we can claim all possible deductions. It is important to us that the return is based on accurate and reliable data, thus avoiding any processing errors by the tax authorities.

For our business clients, we prepare invoices on a weekly or monthly basis as required, and we also manage Docsure and other online invoicing platforms.

Our payroll accounting has been handled by a reliable Dutch partner agency for 15 years. We prepare payroll documents and calculations, and review existing documents upon request. We also undertake the preparation of simple employment contracts.

We provide assistance in preparing mid-year statements, which can be useful for year-end taxation, changing subleases, or mortgage loan (hypotheek) administration.

This includes liaising with the Dutch tax authorities, reviewing and responding to letters, preparing appeals, and requesting debt lists.

TB support, rent support, nursery support – we undertake the application for or termination of these benefits for both businesses and private individuals.

We also handle family allowance administration for families living in the Netherlands and Hungary.

When working abroad, whether as a contractor or with employees, it is mandatory to obtain an A1 form. In Belgium, Limosa registration is also essential. We take care of all the necessary applications.

We also arrange liability insurance, legal insurance, motor vehicle insurance and other types of insurance for entrepreneurs – or assist them in arranging such insurance. We also handle social security insurance for private individuals.

We assist employees on secondment and foreign companies with every step of the process, from registration with the Dutch tax authorities and chamber of commerce to complete payroll accounting.

If someone moves back to Hungary, we provide assistance in completely terminating their obligations in the Netherlands.
