The aim of Magyar Könyvelőház is to provide accounting, tax, and business consulting services to Hungarians living in the Netherlands in Hungarian, in a clear and reliable manner.

Our goal is to help entrepreneurs and private individuals navigate the Dutch system with confidence, while preserving their own linguistic and cultural roots.

I started working in accounting in the Netherlands in 2004, after working for several years as an employee in an accounting firm in Hungary. Between 2001 and 2003, I obtained my certified accountant qualification in Hungary, followed by a certified tax advisor diploma. In the Netherlands, I also completed certified accountant training and a court interpreter course, where the Covid pandemic prevented me from taking my final exam.
I communicate fluently in Hungarian, Dutch, and English, which allows me to work smoothly with my clients in multiple languages. Over the years, I have worked with several employees and subcontractors, and since 2020, I have built a stable, well-coordinated team with whom we work efficiently and in harmony based on shared values.
I continuously update my professional knowledge, and together with my colleagues, we always keep up to date with changes in Dutch legislation and the business environment. A customer-focused approach is extremely important to me: we strive to provide all our customers with answers or feedback as quickly as possible – usually on the same day, but no later than within one business day.
My goal is for our clients to see not just numbers and tax rules, but a reliable, supportive background that provides them with security in the Dutch financial environment.

As owner and chief accountant, I am responsible for the professional management of the company and the financial security of our clients. On a daily basis, I help Hungarian and international entrepreneurs navigate the Dutch tax and accounting environment. My goal is to provide all our clients with fast, reliable, and personalized support.

Mészáros Andrea
Andrea works as an accountant in our office and is developing a completely new area: support for our Serbian and Croatian-speaking clients. Her work has generated more interest than expected, and her advertisements have helped us find many new clients. We are delighted to be working with such an enthusiastic and precise professional. Andrea speaks fluent Dutch, Serbian, Croatian, and Hungarian.

Timi is an experienced certified accountant who has been working in the profession for more than 30 years and has been living in the Netherlands for 10 years. She is equally at home in both the Hungarian and Dutch tax environments, so our clients in both countries can count on her expertise. She works at our Rotterdam office most of the week, but also handles the accounting for Hungarian companies. Timi is precise, reliable, and extremely helpful—her real strength is finding the best solution for clients in every situation.

Benita joined our team in the second half of 2022 and has played an important role in the day-to-day operations of our office ever since. She prepares our clients’ invoices and handles all administrative tasks for the subcontractors of several of our partner companies. She is precise, reliable, and always helpful in her work.
